i set up a node synced with pool wallet. Just add this to your config file:

addnode=78.46.93.174:1608

feeleep

Thanks! Added to OP!
Still no sync overnight....? Any ideas please?

Did you use the example conf file on the first page (Changing the RPC Data Of Course)
I am assuming the the conf file is placed in the particle folder and named particle.conf? I am used to windows wallets so I apologize for the ignorance. I do have some linux skills , just not regarding qt wallets. Thanks again.

Actually... I am using Gitian Right Now! Installed Windows 10....

Whats Up with xprtalk.cf ? Nobody is using it... It took me a night to make it!

Because it is crap.  It pushes so many full screen ads that it isn't usable.   The are ads for crap I don't want on my computer screen.

I opened another account on BTER and tried sending another batch of PRT.  It also failed to arrive.

So I think they are definitely off on their own chain. 99% of the current hash is at coinmine.pl so that should be considered the correct chain that they should re-sync to.  If others besides just myself could bug BTER to get their head back in teh game it would help  Grin

BTER not Responding, So F Bter, I need money to add Particle on BTCPool Exchange & Alcurex (About 0.004 BTC)

My Address Being: 1PmQ67Xuww4ZwLjTa9Fp2PjcJwX7393ZnC

This is on a donation basis Smiley Thanks! BTW XShares Coming on April 16th (Could someone do Graphics & Splash?)

So I am definitely downloading the blockchain but my particled seems to not like it.  Here is a little snip from my debug.log

Any ideas what is wrong.  This is my second time downloading the blockchain.  First time I just let the client find peers (usually 3 or 4).  Second time I used listen=0 and connect=78.46.93.174:1608 to limit my sync to feeleep.  Same thing in the log.  If I run getinfo command it always shows Blocks=0 regardless how much I have downloaded.

Like I said above I compiled it on Raspberry pi following general instruction from the Hyperstake RPi walkthrough as that is the only linux system I have currently.  I compiled both the QT and just the particled.  Both 'seem' to work accept they do not like the blocks being given to them.

Here is my particle.conf sans user/password

I compiled particled on Raspberry Pi.  Seems to work, finding 3 peers.  But so far no sync after 12+ hours, blocks still at 0.  Also it put itself into safe mode which disables most rpc.  I'll leave it running for the day and see if it eventually syncs...

error: {"code":-2,"message":"Safe mode: Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."}

I usually just copy the old wallet.dat file into the new folder, replacing the new one.
