Decent Monthly Recap – January 2019
https://decent.ch/blog/monthly-recap-january-2019/

That's great and all but some times on your reports i would like to know about your financial status.
I mean plans and numbers.
How much ico money is left and how long can you run your company with them?
For example NEM just announced out of the blue that they are broke and they want more money... that got me worried.

Hi,

we have enough for at least two years of development. As rebelway518 mentioned in his post, we are not showing any sign of a company that is running out of funds. We have new hires every month and our teams are growing constantly.

With this fact on the table it is pure nonsense to believe that we are selling any funds in this bearish market. Logically, we would stop hiring first and even that doesn't have to mean we are leaving the scene.

Cool, but just to be clear, i wasn't claiming in anywhere that you were selling any funds. Just pointing the fact that others have gone bankrupt. Thanks for answering though.

I don't think he meant to sound like you were. I think he was just addressing holmes70's absurd claims while also responding to your question.

Exactly as rebelway518 wrote. We know what you meant, but we want to be sure that everyone reading all the comments on this forum will know what the status is, as well, and why rumours like that shouldn't be taken seriously.

@holmes70 Awww, did I make you mad again? Lol

Here's the better question... what does NEM have to do with this project? ...absolutely nothing.

You have been told by the team on multiple occasions that funding is secure for the next two years, yet you claim WITHOUT EVIDENCE they are running out of money.

I understand you don't trust the word of the team. There are others who wish they were more transparent on their finances. But DECENT is not obligated to release that information. So you can either verify and trust their comments or not. They are not showing ANY sign of a company that is running out of funds, which helps to substantiate their claim.

You offer the current price of dct as your only evidence contrary, yet ANYONE in the world is free to sell as they please. Welcome to the Free Market! Lol

You are the continual and blatant liar.

The dct is much more dumped than the NEM coin.
Perhaps dct has long been running out of money to run the project.
They have been selling DCT since last year.
Dct is much more garbage coin than NEM.

Why do you continue with your lies?

Idiot!!!

Nem -01.2018 7500sat-8500sat
         now 1100 sat
Dct - 01. 2018 17000-18000 sat
        now 1300 sat

Who is lying?

You Idiot!!!!

Hahaha!!!!

I need to look more into what's going on with NEM, it's been a while. One difference to consider is that NEM was mostly an air drop coin. Sure their value blew up incredibly, but the team started with basically nothing compared to any ICO.

Fiction Riot and DECENT Leverage Blockchain to Deliver Instant and Fair Pay in the Entertainment Industry:
https://bitcoingarden.org/fiction-riot-and-decent-leverage-blockchain-to-deliver-instant-and-fair-pay-in-the...

DECENT, a global provider of blockchain technology, today announced it has partnered with Fiction Riot, a pioneer in the production and streaming of user-engaged video through its platform, Ficto, to become one of the first streaming services to pay royalties utilizing blockchain. The resulting “smart contracts” are designed to deliver genuine transparency of payments in US dollars for all parties involved in the production of streaming content featured on Ficto, on par with industry standard studio rates. Ficto will run on DECENT’s proprietary blockchain platform, DCore, which can facilitate over 2,000 transactions per second.

Through the use of smart contracts, Fiction Riot is addressing broader entertainment industry challenges related to compensation. By recording transactions over blockchain’s secure and encrypted platform, Ficto pays royalties in near real-time, directly to artists based on how often their content is viewed. Because the formula is agreed upon upfront, everyone involved in production is paid in a fair, consistent and timely manner.

In addition, Ficto is the first streaming service to build its blockchain revenue share to provide direct, verifiable ROI to outside production capital. Plus, compared to traditional theatrical backend, Ficto provides a faster, safer return eliminating hassle commonly associated with standard recoupment....

I invite Holmes to do what I did: schedule a meeting and meet the team at DECENT's headquarters. They will surely be happy to see you there.

I don't think that he can legally leave home. Not sure if he is even an adult... Or a he is some internet troll with mental issues. Either way he is running way over his capacity.
