You can now buy DECENT coins in Liqui.io exchange but in IOU form (I owe you), This is a temporary token but it will be automatically converted into real DCT token once the token was distributed. I watch this project for a year and until now the devs roadmap has a very long time period. But the investors of this project is very happy because of the current price was very high.

But it's still an IOU trade and not yet official, probably going much better and safer, awaiting the launch on a date that the team has already determined to start an official trade, on 30 June for the launch of DECENT ...
