Yes. You are encouraged to post and comment freely. That's what we're trying to do, build the greatest Facebook group on earth. So you should participate and remain active during the week, then claim your paid post or comment each week.
It's up to you to keep up with when you can have a paid post. It's every 7 days, so it should be very easy to keep up with for each individual.

Most likely it is because you belong to more than 25 FB groups. In the OP of this thread, throughout the thread, and in the posted rules in the description of the Official Bitcoin Group, I have made clear that users belonging to more than 25 groups cannot join.
The reason for this is because after several years of administering FB groups, I've discovered that almost all users meeting that criteria tend to spam.
