Not even. You guys replied to my emails. I had some issue with reference link. I lost too many sales yesterday. Its been over 15 hours i have emailed you. So i think you can atleast respond when you come online.

If you don't work 24 hour. You chat window should show offline. It always show online and when we drop message it says wait we will serve you shortly. So it makes user feels like some one will respond shortly. and users keeps waiting for hours.

I faced some issues with some transactions. Transactions are not going through? What is the maximum amount we can purchase bitcoins of?

Also you guys don't accept Amex or Discover card?

Did you try the tracking page? What did it say?

Call your bank. Is txn successful? If txn not successful, the bank will do a holding charge and it may be reverse within a couple of days

Transaction comments added. When generating a link to the checkout page, simply add ¬e=Comment to the link to add a note to this transaction. This can be an order number or any other description.

Here you can see all the transactions for a given bitcoin wallet including the notes added to transactions.

a44tech, how do you inform buyers that the amount that they wish to buy is unavailable?

Will buyers only be notified via email that the required btcs are not available after our transaction is successful?



Hello,

When we are out of bitcoins, the system notifies the customer during checkout. The card is not charged.
We then notify buyers that tried a purchase when the bitcoins are available again.
