Level 1 only has 1 mystery prize while level 2 + 3 have multiple. Better items are in level 1/2 than level 3.
I believe you get more stuff for more tickets, everyone wins so I would take that as "every ticket wins" something.
MJ may have to answer the question fully but I am interested to know how the winners will be determined for 3 prize levels based off 2 block hashes.
