Bottom left card. Horizontal row second from the bottom. It was as of block 425014. I haven't really looked very hard though so I might have had it earlier as well.
Yes obviously, now you know I've a bingo with all block I'm not expecting we will count all. 
I would have loved for this to have been every block as well Xprim777... this every second block is like watching paint dry But, it was stated in the OP that it would be every second block after 424730, so we are stuck to even block numbers, to keep it fair.
Next time I am sure we will adjust the rules
