Figured I'd post this here:

Question asked on reddit: What can Vcash do that Bitcoin can't do?

Response: Zerotime, Chainblender, UDP connections, adaptive block size, and ZeroLedger coming soon. Translation: Fast 0 confirmation transactions, anonymous if you use chainblender and only send coins that have been blended, no block size debate necessary, and Zeroledger will sync in about 1 minute per year on fast hardware. Further translation: Speed, anonymity, and scalability. Basically, what Bitcoin promised to be able to do but cannot.

Well done  Cool was it posted on vcash thread or altcoin ? If its altcoin maybe we can upvote this ?

Any timeframe for ZeroLedger?
Hi there, no we do not typically give out timeframes to avoid pump and dump scenarios but if you hang around the forums or slack you will get some idea as to when.

Why are some blocks PoW and some PoS?  Does PoS kick in if PoW has taken too long to produce a block?  Or vice versa?
All blocks are produced in parallel competing with each other. Thanks for the question.

Can someone explain to me how chain blender works in vcash and what are the pros and cons of this compared to ring signatures and zcash's zero knowledge proof? I tried to find information about chain blender but I could not find any.

With all the crazy hype with anonymity in cryptocoins I think now is a good time to research about every top anonymous coin out there. For me they are vcash, zcash and Monero.

You can find an "easy" explanation of it here:

Nice, thanks.

Hi,

Interested in this project. What are the main use cases ; the fact that its anonymous / fast and will have no blockchain bloat?

What has been the coin distribution? Do a few people own a huge % or is it reasonably spread out?

Thanks.
It is reasonably spread out. Feel free to use the block explorer to make your own decision on this. Join the Official Forums or Slack for more information.
