Thanks for this giveaway but saying "no rules" might be a little too much... what's to stop a bunch of shills posting on here?
Still looking for a way to lower my Christmas and New Year spending costs, haha, thanks for the giveaway.

Just imagine this situation:

You are at a New Year's Eve gathering/function or whatever & you check the forums to see you have a PM waiting for you, wondering what it could be before opening up the giveaway thread you check and see "CONGRATULATIONS !!! You Have Won The Giveaway, please provide your Bitcoin address"

Now I hope one of us can get that message to top a hopefully quality night hahaha

Dear bitcoiners,

I would like to allow someone to start the new year on the right foot with a 0.5 BTC giveaway!
I organize this giveaway to thank the entire bitcoin community!
The reward of 0.5 BTC will be sent to the winner of the following lottery.

To participate, you need to post on this topic.
No rules and no limits, but constructives posts only, no spam.

To determine the winner, a random number will be drawn online.

END OF THE CONTEST: 12-31-2016 23:59PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Sincerely,
BettorChain

Edit: We will keep the same rules. Post number =  ticket number for the draw.

But then people can just delete their posts to try and make their shill accounts match up and/or try and stuff the whole list up, better to list Username and Number in a GoogleDocuments list just in case of that situation IMHO, Unless of course you are quick with the eye when you draw it and post proof/verification as soon as you do it or live stream verify it.

I hope one of us comes out Victorious, Good Luck to all !

There's but two days left to join this giveaway!

I'm not a huge fan of the whole "all for one" giveaway idea, where only one person is given a prize. Every single person's chances of winning increase x times for every x prizes, so I'd be happier (and everyone else would be happier) if the prizes were split up into more places.

Say, 0.3, 0.15, 0.05?

I would like to participate in this free lottery game too. Kindly add me to the list. Anyway, as Juggy777 mentioned, do we need to pick the number? Or will our post ID determine our 'ticket' number? Whatever it is, take my post ID as the number - I guess #5.

Edited: The weird thing is that Juggy777 choose #5 already. Cheesy. Then give me #6 if a number is required.
