ngocngoc, why? With the current btc price 0.001btc worth more than $5, for small gambler $5 is a good amount to be withdrawn. Basically it is a good request, it may brings more traffic on your site especially small bankroll gambler. Anyway how much is your recent minimum withdraw?
If your a small gambler but to withdraw that $5 they may need to pay around 10% of their money as a transaction fee. So I think it is not logical to pay such a high amount in terms of percentage of an amount you withdrawing as a transaction fee. If you pay very less fee than your transaction may take very long time to confirm.
