Don't know, better get other IP. But most important thing is another PayPal or Credit card or they will refuse creating an acc.

In my panel on selly.gg transaction has"SUCCESS" status and there's code in "Delivered Product Information" so everything should be ok. Have you checked your email that you entered in transaction?
