that's not glitch thats error by you . It happens when buyer pays lower amount than showed in selly Order . You have to pay exact amount in order to complete the order automatically and selly never send item details when order is not PAID status . You may be missed some cents or no. during payment and thats why your order got stuck as NOT PAID on first place . :v
