Not a useless account.. it is fully verified as stated in OP's thread! He said he wanted possession of the account for 2 days before payment which was unacceptable. I can provide proof of this as well
So he/she did not have the account in possession for 2 days? Did you have to spend any money for the account? If not, I don't see where the scam is then. You still have your account, the other user still has his/her BTC.No of course I didn't give it to him. And that's not the point! He said to give it to him for "2-3 days". I even tried to compromise by accepting a lower payment but he wouldn't go for that either. Where in his thread does it say that this task takes a week to complete as it did for me? After 3-4 days to get my account verified by Amazon, it was unacceptable to me to wait 2-3 more. I was frustrated and this task seemed like a blatant lie (he claimed it would take a few minutes). There is no scam. As it is stated in OPs thread:i simply said please pay me or i will have to open a scam accusation.
He must pay for your useless account, else you will try to tarnish his reputation (which resulted in two untrusted negatives at the time of writing, one being yours). That's the impression that I've got after reading the conversation.i never used a different skype, and frankly i dont see how i "blackmailed" him. Could i have an explanation please Lauda?
I never stated that you've explicitly blackmailed him. I was assuming this to be the case based on ged00u's statement. This was before I saw the chat between him and you.That is wierd. I have my ToS.
I don't see no ToS in OP. All I see is a 'guide' on what need be done.There are many campaign out there and managers can easily refuse people's effort if they are found breaking the rule. why I can not be like them?

From what I've seen, you've wasted OPs time, therefore effectively scamming him/her for the mentioned amount. The rating is going to stick unless someone can prove or logically argue otherwise.
