Wouldn't you get sucked out though?

Nah, you only get sucked out in jets that go fast enough to create extreme pressures. Prop planes don't go fast enough to suck you out if you're holding on tight. I'd assume if you wanted to take a dump out the window you'd tie off first.

I see another one being sold here. Surely it's not the same one  Roll Eyes

https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/26277-airplane

http://keycityflyers.com/aircraft.html

I posted I saw this one earlier on thread it is now gone from bitmit.

This would be a good starter airplane but I would caution the hours SMOH on the engine, you would be looking at $10-15k in overhaul or a least $4k in top which i would recommend.

What does "SMOH" mean?

Since major overhaul. If its for private use can you not use it as long as the compression stays with in a specific range?  Obviously this affects the price of the aircraft greatly though

Thanks! That threw me off bad.

1) is there a bathroom?
2) how does the pilot get to said bathroom?  Huh

3) where is the lever to dump said bathroom contents over your ex's house

1.  http://www.sportys.com/PilotShop/product/17485
2.  Self explanatory unless woman pilot, so they made the Lady J http://www.sportys.com/PilotShop/product/13088
3.  Lever for planes you cant open doors and windows definitely needed or just go for a old 150 and prop the window open and drop.

Lol, I can see it now, someone sticking their butt out the window and dropping a deuce as they're flying. Talk about an exhilarating rush. Wouldn't you get sucked out though?

There you go! Now you're getting somewhere, Smiley.

I'm not in the market for a plane, I just found the thread somewhat peculiar. Good luck with your sale!

I kind of follow. In a sense it appears you're doing the same thing a lot of people do with businesses (require that you sign an NDA prior to them giving any real details, to ensure you 1) are a capable buyer and 2) aren't going to share their financials/other information with anyone else). From that end, what you're doing makes sense.

However, I would think you could photoshop the images in a way that it doesn't give identifying information. After-all, while there may be 30 of a type of plane for sale, nothing is there to show that any of those are the same one you are. Plenty of people use private listings instead of public.

Yes, that is exactly what I am trying to do.

Issue is the pictures are in my personal photobucket and that link is what I would be sending out.

Reupload them to imgur then.

After reading the posts in this thread... I couldn't help but laugh.

By the way, I'm selling a car. It was made after 2000 but that's all the information I can give you. Asking $90k or the equivalent in BTC. Don't ask for the make/model!

*Production years on airplanes give models if you look at number of seats and type of tails (again another clue)*

Again car sells versus airplanes are very different creatures.  Lets say I was selling a Cessna 172 which is it is not as I said in the post for $43,000k.

So I go to google and type in cessna 172 (an entry lever learning airplaine) for sale, it brings up basically the 5 sites to sell planes on Controller, Trade A Plane, ASO, Barnstormers and Aircraft Dealer.

I click on controller and search by price, it has 4-5 options around that price range, lets just use this one (since registration is pending)
http://www.controller.com/listingsdetail/aircraft-for-sale/CESSNA-172P-SKYHAWK/1981-CESSNA-172P-SKYHAWK/1279113.htm

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N5216K
It tells who owns it (Registration pending, probably due to recent sale prior to being sold buy guy in ad or controller)

But here is the old one - http://www.aircraftone.com/aircraft/registrations/lexington-ky-40515.asp

How easy was that would you want to be the seller or possible buyer (again those who can afford this with bitcoins might not want it made public, because its that easy)

Again clues to exact make a model are throughout the posts for people with aircraft experience.

As a pilot, I'm absolutely confused why you refuse to give a proper model or photos. It just doesn't make any sense. No pilot is going to even ask for information for a purchase without knowing he can fly it or not, what problems there are with that particular model, if it's comfortable or not, if it's flight worthy, etc.. Either you want to sell the plane or you don't. Anything else is a scam of some sort (stolen plane, improper papers, not flight-worthy, etc).

http://www.aerotrader.com/sell/ <-- these people really must be doing something wrong making their sales public!

Am I the only one who finds the idea of stealing a plane amusing?  Cheesy

Fine!  Lets play the game.  Hopefully I win BTC just like SatoshiDice!

Yes, I told you info was in title and throughtout thread and before you post the controller ad its not in Lubbock, also could you remove your post answer so others wont think that as well.

Again this is another avenue to sell plane if not removed plane wont be for sell using bitcoin, and yeah I wont get a commission so I guess you win.

If you have a MOD or ADMIN from this board tell me to remove this information, I will gladly remove it.  Otherwise I think its in the best interest of potential buyers to have a general understanding of what they are buying.

All information would be given to potential buyers on request after verification, I have asked mod for you to remove make/model.

And I will gladly conform if they so choose to ask me to remove it.

Thanks!

I don't think you're cut out to be an agent if you don't understand why people pay commissions in the first place. The reason for people paying commission is most often because they don't *want* to handle things on their own, not because they don't know where to go to do it.

Fine then its a 3%, finders fee for me, 3% fee for me having to setup Bitcoin (so total 6%), 1% Bitpay and 3% for the owner getting an accepting bitcoin by choice fee in BTC for 10%

I don't think the fee breakdown is anyone's business and I for one didn't ask for it. All I asked was for pictures of the plane I might be buying. Try being more up front, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

So because I played your game and found out its actually a Beechcraft Bonanza 33 plane your now NOT going to sell it for Bitcoins?

I am really missing something here I think!  Its not like I am listing any details as to which plane it is or who the owner is..
