Why does this need an ICO?
For a few reasons:
1. The coin will serve a purpose, not been useless like most coins out there.
2. We need to build three platforms
3. We need to develop 6 apps for the project (3android, 3 iOS)
We already have created a Wallet and Stater Coin without even any financial resources.
Stater is something our team believes in and we will make sure it will be implemented.
