3. Procedures:
a. Sign std LOI and ncnda
b. Approved by seller, contract + imfpa signed, buyer provide POF
c. Schedule meeting face to face to transact, in the buyer’s bank
d. Buyer bank must send the funds of the total purchase of respective tranche to the seller bank and send immediately copy of payment slip with transaction number by email and send screen of blockchain price, in this mode price is fixed.
e. Seller Bank Officer will verify swift with Buyer Bank officer and once confirmed Seller will send 50% of the agreed purchase BTC to buyer e-wallet address and Buyer will pay the commissions established above to intermediaries.
f. The remaining 50% of agreed purchase amount of bitcoins will be sent after the funds are cleared at the seller’s account, and the Buyer will pay the commissions established above to intermediaries.
g. The process c to f will be repeated until the full contract complete.
4. The advantage of this deal is, although Buyer deposits the fund, before the money is cleared into seller account, seller has already send 50% of BTC to buyer ewallet… which mean buyer still have time to stop transaction if something is wrong. The remaining 50% BTC will be sent to Buyer ewallet once the fund is cleared to seller account.

1. Buyer & Seller Execute a DOA
2. Buyer controls funds at all times
3. Buyer makes a conditional payment MT103 to the Seller's Bank who is legally obligated to hold funds until the tranche of xxxxUSD worth of BTC is delivered to the eWallet of the Buyer
4. On the screens of the Seller and Buyer, the Buyer authenticates the receipt of BTC. Upon confirmation, BTC and Payments are concurrently release to the Buyer and Seller.

Note MT103 single credit bank transaction, contingent on the safe and correct delivery of BTC to the Buyer.
