There is no such thing as this coin. The design originated on 4chan when a bunch of people got together to discuss this idea, but since there is no developer, the idea remained in limbo. The idea behind it is to troll the world as much as the danish drawings trolled the world. The goal behind it is reaction, so even if one coin were to be held and distributed, it would generate buzz and reaction, which in turn would promote the coin alone. Because of it's controversial nature, it would have value since people would want to own one for the sake of it being so controversial.
