1, I will send ebook to someone , i closed sales but i will send. Cant send today since im going to my GF in 3 hours, and im from phone.

3, I speaked with them via PM or Telegram. Maybe i have proofs about 1-2 telegram talk, but i deleted all PM-s when i got like 100+... It was more than half year ago, if i want to scam i could just leave my account and create a new one to sell codes... Why should i still stay in this account if i scam, im not 80IQ like those guys who keep scamming after -48 negative and other sh*t. haha . My English bad , i just want to say i never scammed those guys, they just got non-working codes and maybe i was away for 3-4 days or even more, so they left me negative.
So i could only replace them after 5-7 days and they never deleted negatives... Will try to find screens when i get home tomorrow.

4, I will, and yes, same scenario. I was away so i couldn't replace codes, but i always replaced non-working codes. So if you wanna see, and try to checkout codes at Google (You must be from US), PM me or send message here for example, so you and everybody will see that im not scamming anyone...

@Anonym1337x, What your offering is totally shit..

Your offer feels like you have found a flaw or a bug in the PayPal's chargeback system overall. I would suggest you reporting this to PayPal itself, I am sure you would earn a good sum of money as a bug reward if your are right and you would even get a big thankx from PayPal for the help.

Anyways, this method even if it works, would most probably be used to scam users through chargebacks, and yaa just remember there are 99% chances only of success so you could slip through the 1%.

Feedback was placed based on what you wrote on the forum. Trust is decentralized and warnings are placed to prevent others being scammed.

Feedback can be changed and is often used to elicit a response before a flag is created (which is permanent)

It is to those users to heed or ignore the warnings. You have the opportunity here to clear things up.

My suggestion would be:

1) Allow someone to review the ebook on chargebacks to show it isn't selling a method to make scam chargebacks.

2) Provide the exact link to the website where the promo codes are redeemed.

3) Show communications that it has been resolved with the members that claim they did not receive working codes.

4) Improve your attitude and processes towards responding to complaints.

Btw i deleted my thread but its not even for scamming. I got scammed a lot of time because im running ebay business for long time, where i sell digital keys etc. People like to abuse them, they just say code wasn't working but they reedem it and after that they can chargeback easily...
Secondly, i got scammed with other digital codes aswell. This method was for people who sell digital codes, but fine if its against rules i wont sell it thats all...
But i guess its not against rules, you just asked for "flags" no reason.

The other guy got replacements but he didnt changed my reputation because he didnt use bitcointalk anymore.

How you cant understand its GOOGLE HOME MINI SPEAKER?! You must checkout at GOOGLE.COM which is worth BILLION $-s , thats why you need to provide them credit card details, because even if your order 100% off you must enter CC details.
I just warned people to dont buy if they dont have CREDIT CARD because they cant use code without it...

Yeah i insult because you guys lazy to check things by yourself. All you do is ask friends to leave negative feedback without reason.

Rather than providing insults -

1) Provide proof that your paypal chargeback - as a buyer - is not intended to scam.
2) That providing the credit card details are done on a reputable site that can be verified.
3) That everyone that has complained and left feedback that they didn't receive a refund has been refunded.

Your retaliatory feedback is of no consequence. It shows as untrusted feedback. Feedback by DT members shows as default.

What the hell man, i still dont understand you guys. You give me negative trust without reason, atleast ask in my topic.
You can see English not my native language, i never scammed anybody here, if i sold something and it stopped working i always refunded, or if they asked for refund for some other reason. (For example they dont have time to do it)
You can check my GHM codes aswell, its 100% working all of them and i still offer 1 FREE vouch for every Legendary members. 1 each.

This Paypal "method" is good if you have a shoppy store for example, and you sell a lot of things for Paypal. For example you sell promo codes for Paypal, and there are random people who buy like ~50 codes from you, then they instantly chargeback cause they wanna scam you...
Or if you go to eBay for example, and sell digital codes and other stuff, you will see this chargeback problem a lot of times.
How is this scam in any point?! How you scam with this just tell me a reason!
Now you negative reputation me with no evidence. I can still delete this topic if its against rules or anything, but its not a SCAM and IM NOT A SCAMMER!

@xtraelv is right it's to abuse the chargeback system. He won 'a lot of chargebacks' it speaks itself; unless he is dumb and got scammed so many times online and feel the need to sell his expertise

It's not about fake chargebacks, otherwise, he would have mentioned firstly and it's not something he might have forgotten to do either.

Why there is a need to sell a method to win a chargeback if you didn't receive your item. Any tutorial that can be found on the web is enough, there is no need to be a doctor to explain the problem you have with the buyer.

On Paypal, chargebacks are a pain in the ass for sellers and it happens quite frequently.

From his comment it is unclear whether:

1) This service promotes fake chargebacks

2) How to win if a fake chargeback is done.

I'm not buying their ebook to find out.



Their claim that they made lots of chargebacks as a buyer makes it look very dodgy.

Their other promo code sale that doesn't work looks more like a potential scam.

Having traded extensively as a buyer and seller on ebay as a seller chargebacks are a serious issue. I started to recognize certain signs that I would get hit by another chargeback and the ebay system is not the easiest to navigate. It often took a lot of determination to challenge fake chargebacks.

Fake chargebacks are definitely illegal and a scam.

I had a bunch of attempted chargebacks one month and all but one were unsuccessful but it took a lot of effort to challenge.

Their automated system is far from perfect and scammers know which goods and sellers to target.

I proved the buyer used a fake address (belonged to someone else)  and that the goods were delivered (digitally)  buy ebay was still determined that the chargeback would be going ahead.
In the end ebay refunded the funds themselves after I filed a police report and realized they had stuffed up.

I do not think he promotes for service against the Forum's rules so DT members who should treat him as a SCAMMER or promote SCAM.
Unfortunately, newbies will see the warning message but this may not be enough especially with Auto-buy links.

@Anonym1337x has a lot of topics in the Digital section so archive the page at random times, I'm sure you will find that it violates one of the rules of the forum (Bumping rule.)

I'm not sure if this offense violates anything or not. Consider you have paid someone with paypal and didn't receive the service/product you have paid for. You will certainly go for chargeback and that OP is selling a method where you have the most chance to win.

To DT member, please check his untrusted feedback, he was tagged by 2 users for scamming them. He may scam people here as well. A negative tag would help newbie. I'm tagging for now.
