User TryNinja made some post in here, but I do not know why he deleted it.
I made a mistake. 
I said the thread from Nulled was only related to the account "Neloder" and not the telegram user "nel0der" because I only saw the specific post you linked. But the main thread says something that could be seen that way.
Also, I believe this thread should be in the "Reputation" board.
