If you want a hassle free experience, Tron's on chain gambling site are great. There are many unresolved scam accusation against 1xbit, so there is no reasons to put them on any "the best" list. I'm sure most people in this gambling board knows about it very well and agree with my opinion unless they are shilling for the well known 1xbit scam.
