I wanted to merit you just now. I went through your posts but didn't find anything constructive in them except bounty reports. I guess that's also why no one has merited your posts till now. You've to move away from bounty reports to receive merit. It's a decision you've to make. The ball is now in your court.
Not only that account there are many here who just have bounty reports in their post history but still keep applying for merits but on what purpose I don't know.But the thing is most of them are concerned to that work only without the knowledge or say awareness of other forum operations.So as a advice just want @Ratimov to add more rule that if you have only bounty report submission in your post or have not made any posts recently you can't apply that way merits will go to those who are actually willing to contribute and take part that way.But rest he knows better then me.
