If you know of any other services where you can pay bills using cryptocurrencies, then let me know. Thanks.
Found a few more:

  • Australia
  • Mexico
  • South America
    • enBitcoins - Argentinian operator that expanded into Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Venezuela.
      - BTCitcoin only.

  • USA [partly]
    • PayPal - Residents of "Portsmouth [City in New Hampshire]" and "Chandler [City in Arizona]".
      - BTCitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin.

Update:
I forgot to mention I'm not vouching for any of these services [DYOR before trying them]!

in swapin and metahouse, it turns out that it doesn't support the Indonesian state and indeed
It's a shame for the Indonesian state that bitcoin can't be used as a means of payment. Even though bitcoin is legal in Indonesia.
that's as far as I know.

still companies like Namecheap amazon or Gyft can be a solution for Indonesian citizens to shop with bitcoin even if indirectly. like buying shopping vouchers from Gyft with bitcoin so that later we can shop with these vouchers at retailers that don't support bitcoin as payment.
 and many other solutions.

as long as there is a will there is a way

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, users are not really paying with cryptocurrencies to pay their bills. Their bills are actually paid in fiat and coins.co.th is only acting as an exchange of their crypto to fiat.
This is how these services actually do, not all but most of them.
There are only few services accept direct crypto payment to their hot wallets, but most of them uses crypto payment services which automatically converts their users crypto payment to the business' local currency.

Yeah, I also haven't heard of a single utility company which directly accepts Bitcoin payment. But what I meant to point out was that those payment centers who are accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will definitely stop such service the moment the new directive is implemented. However, in the case of coins.co.th, they could probably say they are not really accepting crypto as payment. Since they are a registered exchange they are converting their clients' crypto before making the payment.

11. coins.co.th - Thai payment service accounts with multiple cryptocurrencies.

Thailand is prohibiting crypto payments effective on April 1. It may not be available soon if they do offer it.

The government will bar the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment for goods and services, saying the wider use of digital assets threatens the nation’s financial system and economy.

Business operators -- including crypto exchanges -- must not provide such payment services, and are barred from acting in a manner that promotes the use of digital assets to pay for goods or services, the Securities and Exchange Commission said in a statement on Wednesday. However, the new regulation won’t affect trading or investments in digital assets, the agency said.

I think they're still currently offering it. As far as the new Thai SEC directive is concerned, I'm not sure if coins.co.th is covered by that. It depends on the implementing rules of the directive. Actually, if I'm not mistaken, users are not really paying with cryptocurrencies to pay their bills. Their bills are actually paid in fiat and coins.co.th is only acting as an exchange of their crypto to fiat. So perhaps coins.co.th could argue that crypto is actually not being used as a payment method.

Did you miss bitrefill? I guess that's one of the best for paying different bills. I have used that services numerous timed to top my sim & my paytm account though sometimes, they got out of stock for Paytm.
You can add them here. They have a lot of services which most people would be interested to use of.

Be careful when using these services. The receiver may be unhappy about receiving money from a foreign company related to cryptocurrencies, and may even be suspicious for the bank.

These services do nothing more than sell your cryptos and send a bank transfer. I think you can do that yourself. Especially when you see the fees they charge (up to 7%). At least you don't have to ask to yourself to do an identity check (kyc).

For somebody living in the EU, none of those services are helping, unfortunately.
The few in that list that do indeed can help pay your bills ask for KYC, you need to get your biller bank account, you need to pay the extra fees (although SEPA is indeed cheap) and you have to pay the fees hidden in the price spread plus the tx fee on sending coins.
I don't see any advantage in using one currently, you can pay with a card in seconds in your provider app or you could set up a direct debit payment, I have this with my ISP, mobile, electricity, and gas providers, I get an alert 3 days in advance that my bill is issued and if I don't ask my bank to hold my payment it gets paid automatically from my account (zero fees).

I could see this working in a country where people don't have bank accounts, but, obviously, these services are not available there.

CryptoRefills

The service doesn't have an option to pay a bill. What it does is sell gift cards, like many others.
