I guess this was just a fun project for you? Nobody will mine this as there are no windows wallets. Then again, this is how dark started...
It is not fun project. I open source code at the release time, the First 1000 blocks ramp up gradually from 1 PUG to full block reward. You have plenty of time to compile and then run on windows. If you cannot do it, I suggest find the way to do it, rather than say there is no Windows wallet.
