really needs to be on an automatic timer set by GLBSE. okay I lied but it did jump from 1.095 to 1.099(which it went off at) after 10pm. So it was more like .05 which does make a difference

edit: you beat me to it. auto timer is the way to go

What kind of timer is it now?
I believe one of the PPT guys probably just issues a sell order for 2500@ 1BTC as close as possible to the time, but I could be wrong.

that was a gay sale. sold 3 minutes after the time. price jumped a full 0.1 after it should of went off

Yeah, the site came back and started working with at least 5 mins to go, but then the sale didn't execute on time.  What's the point of setting a time?  You might as well do a dutch auction and allocate shares ala wall street ipos.

I'm sure a lot of people will be upset when their orders didn't get filled when 1600 shares moved up after the 22:00 mark, but there's not much we can do. The ball is in Nefario's court to implement an auto buy time.

I don't get it.  That 1600 bid moved his bid up at 22:02 GLBSE time (2 mins past auction trigger time).

Why can't the 1000+ bidders just get their own BTCST account? Sad

Sure thing.  Send me an invite and I'll stop sniping these bonds.  Till then...

We'll see if it goes through, or if it disappears with a minute left. Smiley

I think that happened with the C auction, no?

Have you read the BTCST thread?  They probably had their own account and got kicked out from these very bonds because they created their accounts so much later.

I had not.  Deets?

15 minutes to go and it looks like glbse can't handle the load!  I'm getting even more nginx gateway timeouts than usual; can't even get to the asset/view page.

Put in a low bid, then DDoS the site FTW?

We are keeping an eye on this and are in communications with GLBSE.  We are all hoping that the security sweep will be done in time for the PPT.D sale in about 8 hours from now.

And if it's not?

We'll reschedule of course.
