Thank you for accepting.

I hope you will consider changing the rule that we need to post 2 original posts on either BItcoin/Gambling discussion. This might cause trouble not just to the participants but also the project it self. Imagine there will be at least 20 new threads per week if this is implimented.

How about 2 posts in the ANN thread of Bytebulls per week, ....

I think this would fall in.  Incentivising posting within one or more threads is not allowed

How about 2 posts in the ANN thread of Bytebulls per week, I think this isn't such as hard thing to do for the participants. But 2 threads may really create a number of redundant threads especially that we have tons of users here that posts the same thing. BM is new but its easy to adopt here by just reading what other campaign managers are doing.

because in the Bitcointalk forum, we Bytebulls is still a newble, we are also slowly exploring how to use the forum better.
You claim that you are still quite new to the forum and now you are a campaign manager, right ?

From the few things that I have observed, you have a lot to learn about how to use the right forum. In addition, you cant just promise your participant without proving that you really have fund for the campaign. Use Escrow instead.

My advice to you, if you want to be a professional manager, then learn the basic of forum rules in this thread and this thread. Good luck for the campaign and you.

2. One round per week, 10 posts and 2 original topics per week, each post and topic should contain at least 100 characters (not including meaningless bytes and symbols)

As far as I know there is no rule for this but with these requirements there will be 99% problems.
This is an absolute grey area where you should not bring the participants.

10 posts is no problem.
2 meaningful threads per week for/by each participant is not possible.

I agree with this, majority of the campaign participants does not create threads, like me, I just like to reply on post most of the time, so for 2 thread a week, I think I'll be forcing myself doing it just to comply with the campaign requirements.

I hope the manager will consider the suggestions here and what's important is the funds for the campaign to be in escrow, and if OP submits to that, we can clearly say that the intention was legit.

If the is an independent bounty manager, the developer should fire him, he do not know how this forum works, he is putting pressure on bounty hunters, if he is part of the developer team, he should step down and let the veteran managers do this stuff,  Brainboss and Yahoo can easily manage this campaign and it will be a great campaign I maybe harsh but it's for the betterment of the campaign.

You don't have to overreact. The campaign hasn't even started just yet. There's still almost a week before it starts, so much time for the manager to know the basics.

OP is aware he is a newbie here and has said he is exploring the forum. He's certainly amenable especially after suggestions and comments have been made regarding how to properly run a campaign here.

But let him also know that if they want to delegate this campaign management task to another member here, we have a lot of reputable managers available.

There have been many criticisms from some senior users of this forum so you as the manager of @eskider still have one more week to change the rules of the posts in this forum so that they do not require making original posts. maybe it will cause problems and many of them create spam threads that are needed only to be forced in this campaign.

You should look at this forum and follow the rules of the senior managers they have done for a long time.

If the final participants can complete the weekly tasks as required, then we will definitely pay, and the campaign process can be viewed here:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Xc1T5Ne2kGEvnNolNkc9ujao8fVCgZJohTZYugq1qQ8/edit#gid=0

One of the best ways to use this forum is to avail of trusted escrows when launching a signature campaign. That is especially if you are just a newbie and haven't earned a trust yet. People here cannot just count on 'we will definitely pay' promises. It is enough to escrow at least a week's payment to all participants and then refill it if you want to extend the campaign for another week. You may contact the trusted escrows listed here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recommended-bitcointalk-escrow-services-2439910.

I also find your 2 new threads per week per participant requirement to be improper. Post spamming is already a problem here. Your particular requirement might create another problem, thread spam.

Just my two cents.

No offense, but you should really reconsider your campaign rules. Is a rule, which makes the participants create new topics really necessary? I don't think so. Especially the Bitcoin Discussion and the Gambling & Gambling Discussion boards are facing a lot of signature spam and shitposts already. With your new signature campaign things will get even worse. Your participants alone will need to create another 20 additional threads a week (it's likely that there will be even more new threads, since people will likely create an additional thread as backup, since they don't know if you will accept all of their posts). So please reconsider this rule.

I will keep an close eye on your campaign and will report all meaningless/spam threads/shitposts created by your participants.

It's better to hire a competent and veteran bounty manager who can run this campaign effectively, we are not lacking in good and competent manager to run a gambling campaign, Cryptopreneurboss, Yahoo Hhampuz are just some of the best manager here, the rules are unclear and there's confusion.

Why delete? We really want to hold this event, and eventually we will pay according to the completion of the participants
Should you need to wait him for the answer? Because you can easily know it.

Also, posting in a row is not allowed in this forum. If you want to answer each post here, just answer it on 1 post only

From what I see, I think you completely misunderstood him. I must admit, the rules is kinda unclear. The instructions must be flattened before the week starts.

What he meant is that from your 10 posts, 2 of these should be a topic or a start of a discussion not really a post on this thread weekly. I believe the campaign manager is a beginner, he has a lot of room for improvement, he can learn techniques in handling a project through the entire time of the campaign.

Let's wait for him to answer.
That's also my understanding. The OP did not say to post in the announcement thread of this gambling casino. What he is interested in is the creation of two new topics/threads. But I don't think it's necessary to create new threads if it doesn't really matter. I had seen this requirement before but it wasn't too long ago and it stopped.

The round one will start at 00:00, 8 june, please make sure that the avatar, signature and personal information have been changed to ByteBulls related information before 8 June if you're accepted, and you can check here on 7 June: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Xc1T5Ne2kGEvnNolNkc9ujao8fVCgZJohTZYugq1qQ8/edit#gid=0

That's 6 days to go there's not one listed in the spreadsheet, so the announcement will be before the seventh or have you pm all the accepted participants, there should be an announcement already just like all the other bounty managers are doing because those who applied here and hoping to get accepted can apply on other bounties if they are not accepted, this should be clarified.

-snip-
The rules state that each participant must make 10 constructive posts and make 2 original threads every weekly period. The thread must be made at least on the bitcoin discussion board and gambling discussion. Rule number 3 seems pretty clear.

Quote
3. Posts and 2 original topics must be posted in the Bitcoin Discussion, Gambling & Gambling discussion sections. Posts and topics in other sections are not counted in the total number.

Rule number 2 might be a little vague, but I think this rule is clarified in number 3. For this specific rule "2 thread per week" I think a little different from most other campaigns. If one participant is required to make 2 thread per week as a condition for getting paid, then we will see 20 new thread per week spread over 3 boards "at least". However, I think each participant should consider this condition so that the thread made does not invite spam and the thread is only a form of settlement of payment terms.

One thing I want to ask the community is, does this campaign need escrow or something to prove that campaign funds are intended for the participants acepted ?
