Are you have been contact support about your issue? I personally never have an issue with this exchange, they support is fast response, you can contact them through email, fb, or even make a call.

Account login successfully just need to re-sync google 2fact as they suggested

more people will know that indonesia have a lot community in bitcoin, and vip is the biggest exchange so far
i think to be the 1st market in asia is very very difficult, because of the biggest in asia/world is in china and very hard to compete with china
but it could still possible to be the 1st market in south east asia
