I have contacted wbet7 supports couple of times in past and one of which was recently (I guess 20-25 days ago). They usually reply to email queries within 1 day. I contacted them at around 12PM and got reply next morning around 8-9AM both times.

Also, they usually process my withdrawals instantly. Maybe your amount is bigger or maybe it's because the reason you are stating. In any case, why not sit back and relax. If they are still legit, you will get the payment. If they are scam, sending email by anyone won't matter.

You should take heed the advice of the senior members here, it's your withdrawal you should be the one to address this to support, you should be careful on people who supposedly had a contact on the gambling, you must make sure first that you received your withdrawal first before sending people their reward.

i know i respect their advice but i lost here like hundreds of times i mean countless times, and now when i really won money they are out of funds to pay? what the hell

Do you think creating a thread like this can help you with your issue? you have one thread in the scam section about them how do you expect them to pay you if they are really paying but only delayed their payment if you accused them of scamming you if you think they are scam then do not expect them to pay you, unless they reach out to you and pay you.

you know already the issue since their btc address is empty.
you know that unless they move funds from cold wallet, or exchange some fiat/crypto in bitcoin they can't pay your withdraw request.
it's really useful waste money and resource (time) for a situation like this? It's really useful get helped from other people to receive the same information.
I guess no.

They're not scam they're just lazy as one can ever be

LOL, the funny thing  is you can't still accept that you have already scam.

It's only you who can contract the support since it's your concern and you are the one who is their client.
We are not in the position to do the job, we don't want to risk our reputation doing an impossible job, wish you luck mate, I'm sure you'll not get someone to work for you. Stop calling them lazy, call them scam.

They're not scam they've paid me before too even bigger amounts recently

The issue is that their BTC address associated with the website has run out of funds and they've to fill.it up again so that pendings can process and new withdrawals can go through

They are just too lazy to do anything

I think you already got your answer no need to post that they are lazy when they will eventually fill it in when they have funds, in the first place they should have sent emails or communications to their bettors that they will soon clear up the withdrawal, anyway if many have the same experience many will come here to post this issue, and there's no need to post in the scam section if they are just slow to pay people.

You say they're not a scam, yet you opened a scam accusation thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wbet7-scam-07-btc-withdrawals-pending-good-balance-on-site-too-suicide-5267559. How many threads do you need? Why play there if you know wd take days?

that is what i think the issue is, im not exactly sure but yes as far as i see that's the issue. but the problem is that if i don't bother them much they will take weeks or months lol. i have seen other people suffering from these kind of issues here for long times and i don't have that much time to offer them.

its supposed to be instant afterall

already pending now from 3 days and still nothing

even though they did reply to me 2 days ago that they are checking the issue

since then no reply and no progress either
With the situation globally with this pandemic, I guess you should be patient even a little bit, give them at least a week to respond, if still no updates, you can email them again just make sure you ask for an update everyday.

They already have a channel here in bitcointalk, you can post about your issue there.

Do you expect them not to be lasy filling their wallets if someone from bitcointalk calls them? Better to wait and keep contacting them by yourself in their official channels. They already have a channel here in bitcointalk, you can post about your issue there.

You can also contact the manager via pm, he is not active since June 22th, but just give it a try as he will receive an email notification about your pm.

You knew the issue and you've already been paid by them, so why not wait? Sending lots of emails won't resolve anything since its always first come first serve basis When handling support tickets.

Hi

I'll give 0.015 BTC if you just somehow contact the admin of wbet7.com and tell him to clear the pending withdrawals

The site is holding my withdrawals of about 0.7+ BTC in total

They're not scam they're just lazy as one can ever be
I need someone to use his full resources  to find any way to get them to reply

They just have a simple email on their site which they respond to in days or just keep ignoring or lazy enough to see

I don't care if you send them a million emails or find their other contacts somehow

Wbet7.com is the website

The one person who gets their reply please share with me

I'll pay you instantly as I get my withdrawals

They're not scam they've paid me before too even bigger amounts recently

The issue is that their BTC address associated with the website has run out of funds and they've to fill.it up again so that pendings can process and new withdrawals can go through

They are just too lazy to do anything
