I suggest it should be looked into as it doesn't tell well of the company and stands as an objection to your automated payment method. It's wrong to scam people as if this isn't treated, it could be considered a scam.
Let's try and do the right thing including, passing accurate informations as well.

So this Wbet7 is still not paying also they already reopened their website which means they can scam again other users. In the first place if they really wanted to resolve this they will send a representative here or the team will go here explaining things and updates but it seems they are not. Better to keep away to this another scam bookmaker.

He looked very disturbed and frustrated on this WBet7 scam. I hope he is in good health and has not done damage to himself because of disappointment. We never know how much important money could be for anyone

I think the victim already file a complain I think he only raised his complain to the host provider of the book maker you can check it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55030167 I don't think anyone can take a legal action "If" he will commit suicide since I think they can't track the team or owner behind that project.
I think this should be a lesson for us we should only be playing to a trusted bookmakers.
I think you missed the post about the site being up again and the complainant seems to be inactive now I think it was resolved now but we should still be careful since there's no confirmation about it or whatsoever. If someone has strong evidence and knows the location where the financial management is then they need not to report and will be criminalized in court because there is evidence that the money is not returned.
But if the suicide is committed, the criminal act cannot be committed because someone committed suicide of his own will.
But I think it's hard to find traces of not being a criminal offense.

His telegram account was deleted as well on 21st, I just remembered that there was someone sent me a pm on telegram with the same username as him "wbet7pending". He sent me a pm on July 21st, he offered me fixed match of table tennis games. He did not ask for any fees in advance but he asked for fee on every winning bets.
It seems that he is gone now, hopefully gone for good unlike what he said previously about suicide. Too bad wbet7 is not even replying to the accusation. Warning for all users to stay away from wbet, no matter the accusation is legit or not but ignoring the accusation shows an unprofessional service.

The hosting provider really does not care about this, as this is not in their agreement. Probably wbet7 closed the site by herself, or some technical problems.
Or they scammed to any people and they do not have any customers anymore. Has to be said, their site looked awfull.
The site is up and running. There may be a temporarily problem with the site. However, they can bring down the site and exit any time. No host provider will bring the site down on the basis of scamming because they are paid to host the site and are not responsible what is actually been done on the website.
Perhaps, there is really have insurance problem on that website, In practical reason, we should also be sure to give a little more time because there's is no perfect person when it comes to a particular transaction.
If there's something wrong atleast they should give an update to the people here since its very alarming to see those pending withdrawals. Their silence makes people speculate about how things going on them so they should came out and post some statement to ease the worries of the affected persons.

does not look to good, this situation. maybe stop on this bookmaker and switch to another one. there are plenty of sites you can use, so why on earth this one. everybody can decide that for himself of course but i should stay way from these simple sites. on the forum there are many sites with better reputation.
