There are obviously different kind of ways to gamble money.
I would say that Poker is the "least gambling" of them all. Better yet, you can actually have a very good edge and with proper BRM you can be certain to make a profit. Therefor a lot of good players do not see it as gambling but as a skill game or even as a job.
A Ponzi is on the other side of that. It's gambling on whenever you will be scammed or not. It's not really gambling, it's hoping to not be scammed. Calling a ponzi "a way to earn money" is a joke, and if a poker site says that, then to me the site must be also a joke.
But good luck with your site.
