- Do this postst have to be written on Bitcointalk forum, or some other place?

So, if i read this correctly, you want us to spam a certain topic ( probably from a coin ICO or a business which is competing with you?) with fake FUD ( Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt ) / just overall extremely negative posts?

That sounds like a pretty shitty thing to do, which would explain your rates aswell. I am not judging, i would just like @OP to give us some more information about what this is all about.
