I am going to share his reply because I find it amusing.
Hi sir 
On collateral: I've decided to give you a combination of things as collateral. Because the loan is condiserably large.
1. My games accounts and pass.
2. The bitcoin address, including password so you can monitor what i'm doing with the bitcoins.
3. An identity collateral. My facebook account and pass so you can show up and use my account and post stuff if i'm overdue. The account is legit, of course and I think is the most valuable of the 3 collaterals.
Is it a deal? Thanks in advance.

Once you come up with worthwhile collateral I'm pretty sure you'll get some play. I'd be up for tossing in a bit-penny at that interest rate provided appropriate collateral can be provided and held during the duration of the Loan by myself or a trusted member for escrow purposes.
