Scammer he didn't pay me for the work that i have done for him.
why you still done work for him after all the above warnings, and messages, it is bad that you got scammed but to be honest people like you deserve to be scammed who never understand other's suggestions and warnings.This is the reason why I don't just jump into something because someone has promised to pay. I always wait to hear people say they have been and that it is genuine is when I also enroll. being the first person has disadvantages.

Why would people want to scam others? They just want to earn without sweating or doing any meaningful task. It is better to hassle and earn little by little until you achieve your target. Quick and ill-gotten money never helps. Money that you have worked for is sweet and can be used gainfully.

When you have so much budget to promote your forum, why not ask people to post original content at get paid for it?
A 100 original topics would be much better than 500 copied one.Why would someone vist your forum for something which is already easily available here?

That was also in my mind. He have to pay some people with good knowledge of bitcoin for to contribute in the discussion on his forum and it will make his forum a more informative place. No, first you need to do the minimum to make sure your forum can actually work, e.g. working encryption so passwords are not transferred in plain text. What do you think will happen when some bored kid gets your admin password? You might get content, but probably not the kind of content you are looking for.

Users in bitcointalk learn how to investigate because of the scammers too. Its one of the requirements if you are aspiring tobe one of the investors and trader of crypto
A users has to learn who they deal with before sending Bitcoin to them because they know once the btc are sent, they can never have it back if the recipient is actually a scammer hiding behind a ship's shape. OP is a wolf.
The red trust feedback is surely possible to happen. His employees might never be paid.
