Yeah for me too it is impossible that someone is going to make 0.3 bitcoin a week unless he is going to convert his salary for 1 week with bitcoins.
And he is on a good position on his/her company. That is the most possible way that I can think to earn 0.3 bitcoin.

We must have to consider Bitcoin as business asset.
There is nothing for Free in this world. So dont expect that you will get free 0.3BTC or any amount.
And to get good returns it needs investment.
That investment may be of different types as you can directly invest fiat currency to get BTC or you have to invest time on faucet or need intelligence or talent that can produce something that brings BTC to you.
But never expect everything for FREE. Grant it. !

Apart from skills which members already mentioned above you can try applying for moderator position on many gambling dice sites as they require support most of the hours in a day and you are mostly online a day.
Yes this could give best opportunity to earn some bitcoin by managing moderator position.

to reach 0.3btc/week we must earn arround 0.04btc perday, i think if you have 4btc and trade it with take 1% profit is good option, last week i earn arround 0.05 in 1 times trade. so if i can get 0.05 evreyday i can earn 0.035/week, but sometimes we get bad luck and lose some bits too.

For a Newbie to Bitcoin with no other source of income I recommend to try to do a few high paying faucets but do them regularly so you can get bonuses.

Yes you cant gain profit all the times in trading sometimes you would suffer lose and sometimes you gain profit. It depends on the techniques or the markets movement, if youre just smart enough maybe you can avoid or lessen the risk on trading the most important youll not focus on one source of income , find more ways or investments that would benefit you in the long run.
