No because seller was pm'ing all people who had bid for this one item telling them (including myself Angry

) to pay the amount they placed a bid on the thread and gave a btc address to send payment too.
Deserved to get neg rep without explaining what was going on.
If anyone paid to that address should be refunded if you even care for your account status.
Then they will change it from a negative to a neutral. Just maybe.
