Most farm land in the Bluegrass is protected so that you can not develop it, you have yet to list anything about the land except it is beautiful. My ex girlfriend's family owns a 1500 acre horse farm and turned down a 22 million dollar offer. Do you have any money to put towards this, having 0% on it is pathetic. Now say you had 250k and didn't have a situation that prevents you from paying loans back(don't we all wish) this might be a different thread, but alas you don't and that is why it is the biggest joke of the month.
