I'm confused about the "50 game win streak". How do you go on a win streak with Tetris? Isn't it a game that never ends?
"Win" here means beating the top score. The way I understand this you would need to beat the current top score and then beat your own top score another 49 times consecutively.
There is something else that is much more problematic, specifically
A $2 processing fee applies to all withdrawal requests. Withdraws are processed within 7 business days. Your winnings are sent to the paypal address you made the payment from.
How long have you been running this ? Bitcoins are not involved in this site, even to get tokens into this it looks like the only option is payment by credit card.
