Depends on the conditions of the tournament, like how many players will be participating, what would be the buy in but if it free-roll than 1 Btc seems like a fair prize.
Would it be a freeroll? Then I would like 0.5 weekly or if it's paid go for 100 btc.

more than 100 BTC is a crazy choice, I think 1-10 BTC would be anythinggood. Hoefully you can limit it to 600 people, like most of the casinos do. We are working on organizing new tournaments on skyhighpoker.co.uk

Everybody wants to win as much as possible so I vote for 100BTC
obviously the bigger the prize pool the better it is, but if theres 5000 ppl fighting over 1btc it just turned into a shitty game.
if its a 10btc prize pool with 200 ppl thats not too bad. somewhere in that range is about perfect
