To reach $54,506 per BTC the market cap needs to be exactly 1 trillion dollar with current circulating supply 18,346,462 BTC. So to reach $100k it needs almost 2 trillion dollar. I can't see any logic to go that far within 2020.

I'm surprised when you say bitcoin will reach $ 100k in 2021 How did it happen? and why did you associate bitcoin with covid-19? this has absolutely nothing to do with covid-19 and don't expect that price $100k for the next 2-3 years

So I can't really assure whether we can really hit that price even if we can solve the pandemic problem in quarter 2 of this year 2020 and let's assume that after the pandemic the bull season will be triggered, less than a year still a very less chance for the market to increase that much. But let's see whether we can really hit the 100k$ bitcoin price in Jan 2021.

This is the most funniest prediction about bitcoin price ever seen in this forum. Your price speculation is unbelievable ($100k). For bitcoin to actualize that particular amount will be when the whole world has widely (legally) accept bitcoin as a currency.

I can't even imagine that in such a short time Bitcoin can grow so much in price, I think it would take at least 5-10 years, and maybe even more, for Bitcoin to reach $100k.
100k looks too high if you ask me, you have to really get a lot better if you see 100k happening and I do not see that much money in the market right now, unfortunately because of corona virus spread there will be a lot less money in the markets and one of those markets that will have less money is bitcoin.

Surely, in couple weeks time we are going to live to tell the tale of our halving and with this halving we are finally going under a thousand bitcoins per day, that will be huge and it will affect bitcoin a lot, considering bitcoin is around 7.5k right now that is about 7 million dollars less money sold on the markets and 7 million less dollars to keep bitcoin just at the break even point without any sells coming in on top of that.

I don't think if we can see bitcoin reaching $100k after this covid19, that is too much for bitcoin to reach that amount in this year but I'm hoping a bullish market after this pandemic.
to reach the price of just 10k bitcoin is very difficult especially 100k, I think you wrote wrong. it should be 10k in 2021 not 100k in 2021

I'm still not sure January 2021 BTC will touch 100k $ after this pandemic. It looks like it will happen in the next few years, maybe there will indeed be a bullrun just not reaching that price in my opinion. For the time being, I only hope that BTC will not go down much like the previous weeks which is almost 50%.

Well its 9 months away so we'll never know anything can happen in crypto so yes there's a possibility. However for me its too much to think the price of bitcoin will skyrocket to $100k. Im bullish for the future of crypto but I dont have high expectation to not get disappointed incase my thoughts didnt happen. As long as the price of btc and alts are increasing then its enough, its better to take it slowly but surely.
