It is very easy for those traders who has a big capital. if you are scalping a very volatile and good coin you can earn .01btc in just a minute. you have to be patient as trading is very risky. just buy on lows and sell on high.

Yes possible but not on daily basis. You should not set any daily targets but if an opportunity available you may go for making use of it. This is how trading may work better rather than per day targets. If you set daily targets then it may pressurize you to go for baseless trading.A trading should be started with all cafeterias satisfied for it. Otherwise losses will be the results. More than 1 million satoshi from one bitcoin is easier for me but I am not making it daily even I am trading for years.
It will depends on you, the market, and the coin that you're going to bought. First of all there's no standard price on the market and the market has a wild behavior we don't know what will going to happened on the market. Sometimes the coins pumps and sometimes it dumps. Maybe if you do a little research about what coin or coins you're going to invest you can earn not just 1million satoshis per day but maybe double or triple of it. You just need to be sure about what really altcoin or bitcoin you're going to buy.

Maybe you can do it if you gambled, but if your earning is only from signature campaign it takes a week before you can get 1million Satoshi. Moreover even you have a lot of faucets to join I think it's hard to get in 1million Satoshi a day.
Yes it is not really hard to earn such an amount especially if you have the capital to work with. You can do other stuff aside from trading like gambling (which is not advisable). Also, bitcoin's price tend to fluctuate very wildly everyday and shorters tend to make money out of those price changes.
10% -20% is not difficult but does not always achieve that number, it should be watched on the screen throughout the day and just miss a few hours will also lose profits, very It takes time and requires a lot of money. Besides market fluctuates every day increases the risk of higher

Honestly yes. There are unlimited opportunity one trader could get from any type of trading still their emotions are playing with the negative role by blocking them. Once we get struck with negative trading, all our plans are going in vain. As long as we are not trading greedy and sticking with our predetermined plans then we can go for making more than 1 million satoshi also per day.My target is daily %4 but its really hard to achieve. Still making consistent amount of profits daily will not be possible even for professional traders. So, we should never set up daily targets. It will pressurize ourselves.

That much is possible but the ease with which you can earn 1 million satoshi depends on the way you are going to use. With my personal perspective you can earn that rate or different rates as followed with different methods,
Hardware mining:- With current difficulty of network and costs of maintenance + 1 miner ~ $50-100/day
Cloud mining :- With average hashrate of 1TH/sec (affordable) and loosing the fees ~ up to $10-15/day
Gambling :- with reputable websites and probably fair games ~ $0-100/day
Trading altcoins:- with top traded coins and average strategies ~ $0-500/day
Signature campaigns:- with highest rank ~ $10-15/day

Making 1 million from 1 BTC is not too hard, if you learn how to trade and know how to trade, it will be easy to make that amount, if you are a risk taker bring your coin to gambling, but every action to earn that 1 million consist of risk, you will also be able to lost your money
If you where a big whale must provably earning 0.01 will not be hard for you but for those low life who's risking their money on some certain trades? well most provably they will struggle to earn that since 0.01 daily still huge to be earn for one day by most of small traders there.

If you are really good at trading and have the experience then you can make more than what you have mentioned,you can make more money than you said with half the bitcoin if you are able to invest some alt coins which have huge volatility ,but as a trader you get good days and bad days,so the basic rule should be never sell at a loss,just keep on holding until your earn a good profit ,in short never look at the watch while trading.

What do you mean this would ruin the entire system? Make 1 millions satoshi everyday could make that happened? Are you drunk or what?If you were going to do this you would have to do it under several multiple accounts otherwise it's just going to throw the entire price of Bitcoin off. I do not agree with the OP idea.

This is the same thing as asking the question why don't we just print more money because if we were to print more money and drop 10 million dollars into the economy of magical new money then that takes the entire supply of currency and increases it which means that each individual piece of currency is worth even less.
