I have to second this. I have the same experience: small deposit of only 50mbtc, won about 300mbtc with it and got it all paid out without questions or ID's. The only negative is that there was no more bonus available on my next deposit but this is ofcourse their right.

Everything is read. I think it's best that both parties are allowed to post their points here and then posters can make their own decision without my input. On Sept 26, it seems that you both agreed to mediation. When that's settled, let me know the ruling. Playbetr would obviously be downgraded if they were ruled against and didn't pay. This case withstanding, Playbetr does deserve their "A" rating.

3rd party mediation should be taken seriously and when you lie about it and jump from mediator to mediator hoping to get someone to rule in your favor, you are wasting the time of people whose purpose is to help people with legitimate issues. They can clearly spot an obvious cheat, with 0 credibility, so no one is going to give your case much attention. Stop embarrassing yourself and learn from this.

I dont understand how PlayBetr is still with A- here, its just a joke and proves that this moderators read nothing in the Scam section.

They refuse to answer anymore and just keep writing "You lie" "You are a liar" Instead of providing details and facts, and all I did is provide facts and I am ready to do KYC but they simply deny, now when asked to accept 3rd party as Pogg to do meditiating they do not answer and I am 100% sure they will not answer Pogg after Pogg contact them.

SBR representatives also contacted them on my behalf and on behalf on many other people and they simply refuse to answer there too.

on Casino Guru representatives they also didnt respond.


On emails they havent responded me for 2 months now and just confiscated funds even though nowhere in their TOS they have such rule

If you check their topic, you will not see any complaint, haven't seen any complaint on any other dispute page/forum as well.

Seems they are old casino but only recently added sportsbook.

Keep those reviews coming in. I though they opened in 2022 but it looks like it was 2016. I'll look into them more before upgrading.

Descent experience with nitrogen.

No idea why it gets so much hate in this forum but my self deposited a small xxx amound and was able to withdraw 10k in 4-5 split withdrawals.

No KYC was asked.

Betting limits slashed though.

Betcoin.ag paid me around 1.5k as well but had to pass an online verification first. Previously they locked my account without warning which was frustrating. I had to sent them email to get a response that i had to pass KYC etc. All good at the end but the overall feeling i got is that something changed with betcoin. Obviously limits slashed as well.

Update from my side. I did withdraw my full balance in the end, which I am thankful to playbetr for. But I wouldn't advise any long-term winning bettors to play on this site. If you show signs of being a winning player, they will request KYC. I understand that having accounts closed for being a winning player is the nature of the betting game. But don't use bureaucracy and document requests to attempt to withhold balance. Just limits my bets and let me withdraw.

I would recommend sites like duelbits and betfury over playbetr - less matches offered but zero issues withdrawing.

Paid this player his balance in full, without KYC, 5 days ago, at which time he was informed that if he creates any new accounts the balance will be seized. He immediately created an additional account. He will not be receiving any funds on this one. Reporting this early, to get ahead of when he creates his new BitcoinTalk account to accuse us of being unfair.

I have requested to just withdraw my deposited sum from playbetr rather than give them KYC details, I'll keep you updated on this thread on whether that is successful or not.

Do you also ask why a woman dressed a certain way if she didn't want to be harassed? Stop blaming the victim. Those are the events that are most commonly abused. There are clear patterns of play among the players who abuse those leagues. Not everyone who bets on them is suspicious. We gave multiple reasons this player received KYC. Had we not given a reason, you would have said we are a scam. When we give a reason, you pick it apart. We offer those leagues because they are fun to bet on for legitimate players. People who think we shouldn't offer leagues because they are more easily abused are stifling the industry. We aren't going to stop being fun because of cheaters. The cheaters need to stop cheating.

I would like to understand one thing. You propose bets on particular leagues but clearly if players bet on them it is suspicious? You talk about arbitrage but you have to take into account that some players try to find value bets by comparing the odds with those of your competitors and if they are advantageous it is worth betting on them. You shouldn't call all players cheaters when some are just trying to bet intelligently. Again, if you are losing money or suspecting everyone who bets on women's leagues, u19 etc, why do you offer them?

I have not played for 2 years, because you limited my max bet to less than 1mBTC.
You keep saying that I've been violating TOS, but still don't answer what I did to violate it.
