"A" and "B" books are those that are recommended. In order for a book to be recommended they must be in business for at least one year. Books that have been in business for 2 years or more are eligible for an "A" rating. This is due to the propensity of books that go under doing so within the first year and there are many that have gone under.
As far as ratings go, the most important criteria is safeness of funds. After security of funds other factors that go in to the rating are margins, speed of withdrawals, offerings, customer service and willingness of books to answer questions brought up in this thread.
The books rated have been personally tested. The bitcointalk forum is monitored along with other forums for as much feedback as possible from players. Feedback from players in this thread is important. Questions brought up in this thread will be looked into.

For your rating, you have also to consider scams the operator has committed. I remember you gave Directbet "D" because there was an issue one time.
DirectBet had problems with failures to pay out sports bets. I know that there are accusations on the casino side with Betcoin but there haven't been any problems with the sports book. I'll continue to read your posts and those of others concerning Betcoin but only the sports book will be considered for ratings.

Bitsport- rating moved from "NR" to "F". Although they are still accepting deposits, many players are unpaid.

The usual gambling laws and regulations do not apply to virtual currency. When you win big you're almost never going to be paid out. And as for the casinos who checks their percentages and payouts? Is there any gambling commission or governing bodies? They're getting away with murder so don't be their next victim.
The top books have a great track record paying out sports betting winners.

Is jetwin still as good as it was some times ago? Because I haven't seen their thread updates here and they are first website which I know in gambling. Are they still trustworthy?
They are still around?I have seen them advertising a year ago even with a signature campaign running but then all the sudden nothing.
They dropped off the edge of the earth.
They are even operational and if so are they still paying out their customers if they win?
That seems to be a major problem with these sports books lately.
I'm able to log in but not able to see any wagering lines. Jetwin has been moved to NR.

Cloudbet grade my ticket as a loss because I placed on live wagering tennis not pre-live tennis.
