Yea no problem. It's the s3+ models runs at 453ghs stock over clocked at 500 to 520 Ghs. I run 4 off of one 1300 evga at stock with no problem it's rated at 350 watts a machine but that's more when over clocked. Also I can set it up to your pool if you want..

This is somewhat true, but all you need is 2 pci connectors into the s3 for 450+ ghs on stock. I have 4 s3s on one 1300 evga that's pulling between 1800 and 1900 ghs. But please remember also in just auctioning this so no matter the price there will be a winner if you even get an s3 for 100$ your roi for just the machine is about 3 months.
if you have 4 S3's connected to one 1300 watt PSU then you are really pushing the limits of the PSU. I don't know exactly what happens when you push the capacity of a PSU but that's not something that I would do. I was under the impression that three would be a better limit of number of miners to run on a (gold) 1300 w PSU (assuming the miners are S3's and not something that uses more electricity then an S3).

I would also point out that your ROI figure assumes free electricity which will most likely not be the case for most people.

How much do these retail for nowadays?

bitmain stopped selling them a few months ago. I sold one around a month ago for ~$120 shipped within the U.S.  It's value has declined somewhat due to the increased difficulty that we saw last time around.

If you do win the auction then you will need a PSU to power the machine which tend to last a long time and can most likely be used long after it is no longer financially viable to continue mining. There are no details in the OP but a S3+ should hash at between 450 and 480 GHs at stock speeds and consume ~350ish watts at stock (I think this is right).

Unless you have very cheap or free electricity then it will probably not make sense to continue to run a S3+ for very much longer (probably not more then a few months depending on a number of factors).
