Why bid before making sure of the details?
I was sure of the details. In the Auctions - Guidelines and Tips! it is clearly stated:

Use a trusted escrow or middleman to protect both parties!
...
...
Everyone: Exercise caution when trading with strangers, and always use an escrow when in doubt.
...
I admit it's not a rule but it's a guide and I was preety shure that if we are in auctions we both respect it and if not it's your responsability to state all your terms, especially that you don't accept escrow. I have done many trades in here and escrow was by default but you are right also, I should have asked first.

Why bid before making sure of the details?
By the way, your details are irelevant to someone that for a $1000 transaction have to spend $2000 on a flight so he can sue you and wait a year for the case to finalize.

With the speed that friedcat has been doing transfers, I'd rather not have the coins locked up for that unknown amount of time. I'm willing to give my personal details to the winning bidder.
I widrow my bid. Escrow is mandatory and I presumed it is standard. I strongly advice anyone to give money to strangers on forums (and to strangers in general) based on promises. Good luck with your auction.

In order to not having the bidders lose the dividends I will give them the dividends if divs are happening between the payment of bought shares and friedcat moving the shares to the new owners bitcoin address.
