In a court of law you would never win.

You got paid the deposit for the work, you never completed therefore you do not get paid full amount.

You sent a PNG files, which wasn't a PNG file, just a weblink to the image. You didn't send no PSD's or anything.

You have now just shared the template with the rest of the forum, therefore do they all owe you BTC for this?

Why would I continue working with someone trying to tarnish my name, simply because I wasn't online.

He said working with me was a bad experience only because It's hard to contact me.

I gave him bonus's for his work. Money upfront, didn't complain.

Get a load of this. Malicered had been telling the world about my project, I had over 2+ people add me on Skype, bombarding me with messages on developing my site. All apart of his team supposedly. He apologized but the fact he acted like a child in the first place by getting a big project and running to the closest person to tell just show you what this person is truly like.

After 4+ Hours of countless revision work with Roubitte, he signaled he was satisfied with the work and wanted to show his partner.

After he received the work, we exchanged words, and hadn't communicated with me in a week or so.

Today, I messaged him at 5:59am. After which he deleted me. I let him know because of that, I would be submitting a scam accusation


If you see there, I tried to add him again, you can only do so when someone has removed you.

After which, I believe he recieved my message, and had proceeded to bombard me with insults and generally acted like an immature child.

I have submitted all of my information in a way, that if we could resolve through this, we could easily correct the situation. He is of course translating this as "Black mail".

I have never black mailed anyone in my life, and have already come to terms with losing all of the man hours on this project.

He claims that he was unhappy with the design, but did not give me any artistic freedom, and the final product that we see in question is the result of 4 hours of back seat designing over team viewer.

I paid the 0.5 out of 2BTC which is 25% which is what you ask all your clients for, this is what you told me. By you asking for more when the job isn't complete just shows your trying to scam me.

Also you never even sent me no PNG for the site, it was all done over Teamviewer.

Now the user is trying to blackmail me into paying him for the rest of the work even though he hasn't finished it.

Hi Redsnow.

I have little experience with escrows, and I admit, this was a rookie mistake by me.

However, I had previously made a design, in which he paid for quite quickly. It was then that I decided we didn't require an escrow, however, that would come to bite me in the rear.

I have offered the chance for him to redeem this as a misunderstanding. If he pays for me for the layout, I will remove all neg-rep, and take down the scam accusation. However, Jim Crane has been ignoring me for quite some time.

My guess? He probably doesn't have the funds to run this project. However, we did have a verbal agreement, and he needs to compensate me for the lost man hours.

Nevertheless, I have learned my lesson! Never be too trusting! Always use an escrow! I will do that from now on.

Why didn't you choose to use an escrow ? This is the inconvenience and I hope he will pay these +10 hours of hard work. Good luck with your battle.

Hey guys, here's a bit of an update on this project. He broke our agreement and cut me off after receiving a png of the project. Walking away with my intellectual property, effectively paying only 25% of the cost. I have worked 10+ hours on his project making silly revisions and tweaks.

I've been had. But will learn from my mistakes.

It'll be downlow. Also, I don't really believe that a designer should be designing to impress other competition. That's really unfair, and I'm sorry that you had to endure that Equinoxx. I would have quit too, as that is creating a hostile work environment.

I don't know why Skyenet is trying to cause shit here. He started with me saying that I am not reliable meanwhile I have done 52 successful trades and 1 unsuccessful. And now he accuses redsn0w of being a scammer. He's a newbie that is asking for trouble.

You are mistaken. It must be someone else. Provide proof when you try to destroy reputation of a legit person.
