Sorry to disappoint you but people will go 1st to the broker to open a shortposition on stocks and currency and second they will go see their bullion dealer BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY KNOW. Not many will buy BTC in a crisis, most will run to gold.
Wise to hold both. I hold Precious metals and Bitcoin.

Ok i speculate that we will never see 100 satoshi be worth $1 at current standards, however much this would be something i would like it just isn't happening and is on the extreme end of wishful thinking at best.
When the next big crash happens which is many many years between and might even be the last we see in our lifetime if they keep pumping it with the funny money, anyway my point even if it did crash in our lifetime why would people choose something even less stable and something they have little to no idea about?
Saying all that if people understood what the dollar was really worth it would indeed be worth close to what you describe but people don't want to or choose not to want to know the truth that it is barley worth the paper it is printed on.

Well, if 100 satoshi is ever worth $1, all the satoshi I collected while fooling around with faucets would make me financially comfortable. And a lot of other people as well, providing they haven't sold or spent any. This would be making a lot of undeserving, time-wasting, scum-suckling suckers rich--myself included--and it isn't likely to happen. 'Tis nice to dream, though.

I wouldn't totally dismiss that possibility. We've seen this kind of astronomical rise before, and could very well see it again. But I agree that - at this very moment - it is still quite some water down the river and blocks waiting to be mined.

So my $24 in BTC would be worth $10,000 about? That's a pretty good investment if you ask me!

Stop dreaming about the this, It's hard to say when we could back to $1000, talking about millions of price is completely unrealistic.
I wouldn't even dream that it could go back to $1k unless someone can do a unnoticeable manipulation of the price
