I agree with the preposteen. The amount of coins hardly says anything about a possible success. Other components that are already mentioned are important for a possible success. There is for example a quite successful coin (twentyfor), which is only available in a number of 24 and which is worth a few bitcoins per piece.
1000 coins but 18 decimals? 
Nice catch, a coin that can subdivide as much is just hiding its true nature, if there was not way to subdivide the coin then we will talk about only being 1000 units of this coin but at the same time having coins that are extremely valuable will be a problem since it will be impossible to give change.
I am not a prophet of doom but i am afraid to say that low supply does not determine the value of a coin but the project behind it, i will check the coin ann thread link and see if it is a good investments.
1000 coin 1 ether 4 coin. From which you get the idea? I think it is good and very rare with only 1000coin fund.
I'm not 100% sure of the above project, because if the users return 0.01 ETH will return back 10 ETH .. need to be balanced to go there.

18 decimals is to much, even total supply would be 1000 coin. What is sense in that case? I don't understand.

It's a good point, 18 decimals just means you can subdivide the coin into 1 quintillion units ... that's 1 million trillion units. So 1,000 coins can mean nothing in scarcity context.
But look at Bitcoin and realise that very few transactions will go below 1,000 satoshi, or even 10,000 - not when fees are minimums of 1,000-3,000. This amount gets bigger even as price increases, so maybe decimals get less important as coin gets more useful.

1000 or 1.000.000 coins doesn't matter itself, why do you choose such an amount of token supply? It must depend on a logical reason.
1000 coins is a big supply compred with many other coins.

You posted everything except the most important aspect, what is the purpose of yet another coin, if that coin has not a new purpose then it does not matter if there are only 1000 coins of it, or 100 or 10 the value of that coin is going to be very low. Token Description

I just had a look at the 300 token I didn't even know existed. The only purpose for it seems to be collecting it, kinda like a limited edition memorial coin.
When I saw the Profit 1000 token thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annico-profit-1000-token-only-1000-micro-ico-highest-profit-2044842) I thought it was a joke. Apparently not.

There was coins like that in the past,99 coin,american silver eagle,some more,better to not buy becouse of low supply only
