We successfully made a block but it was orphaned by the block chain. Wasn't able to test how this would turn up in the logs, so I'm now working on the code to allocate the reward as if it were successful, thus making the instant payout still available to 2.5%+ donating members.

You might want to fix that Wink

Kudos on the new pool! The web design is excellent, best I've seen of the pools so far (though I haven't seen every pool, only: slush's, deepbit, bitcoinpool, luke-jr's, and only the front page of BTCMine).

Features are absolutely how to separate yourself from the pool-pack, keep up the great work. I wholly approve of offering "premium" services.

If you haven't already, you might want to consider open sourcing your pool/site code so your community can help you maintain, fix, and add features.

Any preferences on specific IRC network, or should I just setup my own as irc.btcguild.com ?

Also, we're now at almost 12 hours since the server fix this morning, no crashes since, and stales/invalids are very low (~0.2%). So those who moved off during the initial hiccups are encouraged to come back and try it again

Updates for more worker management as requested previously:

Your detailed worker stats are now included in "My Account", making that the goto page for all statistics. Obviously use the API if you want to make an app to pull that information instead of scraping it out of the HTML.
My Workers has been renamed to Manage Workers. That page lets you rename, reset, hide, and add workers.
You will now have to see a sad crying smiley next to your donation percentage if your donation is < 0.5%! You heartless person, think of the smiley!

Should be able to get even more done tonight (optional email password recovery and API settings) now that my stress levels have died down from that user authentication crashing

Yay! Not that it amounts to much, but I figured the best and easiest way to donate to you for your time, effort, and work was to up my pool donation % considerably for a few blocks. Thanks once again for being on the ball with the recoveries, fixes, and openness to user suggestions and input.
