I agree.It's a new trend in the crypto world these days.Every other idiot on the forum is starting their ow pump groups.I don't know 100-500 members affect the trading volume of a coin when there are thousand other's trading them without any groups.the winners are the 'owners' and friends of pump groups. they buy the coins for weeks beforehand. as soon as the suckers are told they sell once it spikes and leave it. they don't need to outwit other traders just the suckers list.

I agree that you should escrow first the funds of the prize for us to believe in you. It will also encourage the members already in your room to invite their virtual friends to join too. I think it is not just a suggestion but a recommendation because you are just a newbie.
We'll give away those 10.000 € for sure. What escrow service do you suggest? 
It's more or less customary to use one of the trusted escrows on this forum. Since €10k =~ 4.4 BTC, you might opt to use 3 or 4 escrows.

BTW, B4RF is completely correct, i don't think you'll get many users to start using your channel with the mere promise of €10k, you have to make sure that you can prove the fact that you're legit, and escrowing the funds is indeed a good way to do this.

Escrow the funds to make your project a legit one. Without escrowing you cant find any to join you in chatroom,and 10,000 € is a big money afterall.

More than likely trying pump their own coins up or just for a flash crash of others.
There was one called PumpMoon or something like this that I know is run by someone on hackforums and a pile of people have already complained about their predictions and demanded their bitcoin back.
So stay away fro ones that do demand you to pay them, because those are pure scams to make a quick buck.

Its a matter of luck and chance and I am pretty much bad at it. You must escrow right away to book your legitimacy in front of forum members else it is not worth trying. You can use multiple escrows and here are the names suggested :
