More countries legalizing bitcoins would surely boost the bitcoin price but $10,000 is very high and i think its very hard to reach that price soon.It may take two more years to reach that price.It seems that op is too much optimistic.

Still no clarity on the situation in India. It is not clear whether the government is going to legalize it or not. Already, many of the officials have said that Bitcoin is having a negative influence in the form of tax evasion and use in ransom demands. They may or may not legalize BTC. But even if they legalize BTC, the tax is going to be very heavy.
It is next to impossible to enforce a ban on the ownership of Bitcoins, due to the anonymity of the transactions. But that said, if the government authorities start harassing users who sell their fiat for BTC (or vice versa), then it can create a lot of headache to the Indian crypto-users.
For me I think 10,000 dollars will happen in the year of 2019 or maybe in the year of 2020. But if many people buy bitcoin for sure it will happen in the next year but we need a lot of of big investors and more supporter to invest to the bitcoin. I think the price of 10k dollars possible price of bitcoin is the maximum but the higher price is better. My other bitcoin hold it for few years and then sell it when the price is like that.
$10000 price doesn't seem to be difficult if the demand of bitcoin reaches to the moon in future and now many countries are showing their interest in bitcoins so if we get big investors in future then nothing can stop bitcoin in achieving that price in coming years.

$4000 price is expect to achieve in this year but I don't think that it will achieve the price of $10000 in this year or next few years as its too high price to expect from bitcoins in quick time and may be in next 10 years we will see that price and not before that for sure.

Bitcoin prices doubled in 2017 so far but as of now market situation is seeming as mixed trend like not finding the trend for further movement. Waiting for segwit activation by August 1st might be the reason. Regardless of what is going to happen after activation, I believe we can see prices will be rallying toward $10k ranges because everyone want higher prices and the reasons are not significant. Whales will pump and new investors will join. That's all, $10k will be definite possible.

Everything is possible but the point is, when will Bitcoin price reach 10000$? Some one can not wait until that day so they keep spending Bitcoin instead of saving them now 
Or maybe this price will never be achieved at all. Bitcoin this year has already experienced a good splash. And I do not know what should happen if the price continues to grow actively and reached thousands of dollars

I really do not dare to think of it when it does not go through August 1. This change will affect the price of Bitcoin and we can not say that btc prices will go up or down. The $ 10,000 figure is unpredictable.But that's the dream number of so many people and me. If this happens, it's great, but it's sure to be long after.

I think no matter how the situation is resolved on August 1, the bitcoin price will not be in the next few months (or even years) at the level of $ 10,000. This is a very high cost for bitcoin now

Op you are getting a little bit ahead of the game, lets first get to a stable 3k before we try to make it to 10k, it is just a matter of common sense, I think we are going to reach an stable price over 3k after segwit gets activated, and then in the next halving we are going to get a stable 5k so to me the 10k mark is very far away.

Maybe not this year, but it is possible. If the fee and slow Tx confirmation times is sorted, I see no reason why the price wont surge past $10,000 in a few years.
Hope you have heard about the situation we are going through as we will be having a upgrade in network in the next few months and if everything goes according to plan then we might have a faster network and i do think it will change and will have a rally before December,just hoping for the best,but i do not expect ten thousand dollar any time soon.
