Forget the $1m & $100,000 predictions, when will bitcoin hit $10,000 (if ever)?

Maybe after the next block reward reduction, but even that requires some hope of broad acceptance which keeps getting hurt by events.
The logistic adoption trend line provided by my model of bitcoin adoption passes through $10000 on February 25, 2015.
If the next bubble happens this summer as some observers project from simple assumptions, then I expect a peak at $6000, falling to $3000 in the bubble collapse during this fall. Therefore, I believe that the bitcoin price will exceed $10000 two bubbles from now, and that this year is the last one in which bitcoin may be easily purchased for less than $1000.

Once the ETF opens next year, $10,000 will be considered "cheap coins" around here and we'll look back nostalgically at the days of $450.
Of course, by then, everyone will be denominating their holdings in millibitcoin. By sometime next year, it will be a dream for most investors to obtain 1,000 millibitcoin.

I think it will probably take two more "bubbles" to get there but with Bitcoin nothing seems impossible!
